Information about the research stay
| Contents of the stay: | The research stay will be focused on the actual collaborative work between the partners at RUB and IPR. The following methods are of relevance: protein expression, purification (particularly protein chromatography) and biochemical characterization (e.g BN-PAGE, SDS-PAGE etc.); structural analysis and protein interaction studies by NMR; protein crystallization and X-ray analysis. |

| Requirements: | Study phase: "Grundmodulprüfungen" of B.Sc. Biology or matriculation in M.Sc. Biology. Knowledge / Skills: Participation in A-Modules of molecular biology, biochmistry, genetics and/or biophysics. Language: English Preparatory meeting with one of the professors and a commission's commitment. |
